Demonbinder

By the eight names of Lolth, I invoke thee. By the eight curses of the Flesh-Carver, I command thee. By the eight dooms of the spider queen I summon thee.

Prerequisite: Warlock, Dark pact

By becoming a demonbinder, you sacrifice your immortal soul for the instant power granted by the abyss. You draw demonic agencies inside yourself, triggering vile transformation that bestows not only a sampling of a fiend's power, but also leaves a resemblance to that fiend. Constant exposure to these creatures leaves a stain on your soul so foul that no act of restitution will ever cleanse it.

Demonbinder Path Features

A demonbinder.
Demonic Action (11th Level): When you spend an [[4e Index (4e Other)#action point|action point]] to take an extra action, if you use that action to make an attack that hits, the attack also deals ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).
Demonbind (11th Level): Your darkspiral aura has a starting value of 1 rather than 0. As a minor action you can reduce your darkspiral aura by 1 to gain one of the following benefits.
Dretch: You gain 10 [[4e Index (4e Other)#temporary hit points|temporary hit points]] and [[4e Index (4e Other)#resistance|resist]] 5 [[4e Index (4e Other)#Acid|acid]], [[4e Index (4e Other)#Cold|cold]] and [[4e Index (4e Other)#Fire|fire]] until the end of your next turn.
Babau: You gain a +5 bonus to the next [[4e Index (4e Other)#damage roll|damage roll]] you make.
Yochlol: You gain a +2 power [[4e Index (4e Other)#bonuses and penalties|bonus]] to all [[4e Index (4e Other)#attacks and defenses|defenses]] until the end of your next turn.
Bebelith: You gain a [[4e Index (4e Other)#Climb|climb]] speed equal to your [[4e Index (4e Other)#Overland Movement|overland speed]]. This effect last until your next extended rest
Vrock: You gain a +15 [[4e Index (4e Other)#Bonuses and Penalties|bonus]] to [[4e Index (4e Other)#Athletics skill|athletics]] [[4e Index (4e Other)#skill checks|checks]] to jump and make all jumps as if you had made a run up until the end of your next turn.
Glabrezu: You gain a claw attack (+3 [[4e Index (4e Other)#proficiency bonus|proficiency bonus]], 1d10 damage die) until the end of the enconter. You are [[4e Index (4e Other)#weapon proficiency|proficient]] with the claw attack.
Nalfeshnee: Targets hit by your [[4e Index (4e Other)#Eldritch Blast|eldritch blast]] power are [[4e Index (4e Other)#stunned|stunned]] until the end of your next turn. This benefit lasts until the end of your next turn.
Marilith: You can reduce your darkspiral aura by 1 to use your [[4e Index (4e Other)#Eldritch blasr|eldritch blast]] power as a [[4e Index (4e Other)#Minor action|minor action]]. This benefit lasts until the end of your next turn.
Demonic Revenge (16th Level): When you become first [[4e Index (4e Other)#Bloodied|bloodied]] in an encounter, you unleash a burst of [[4e Index (4e Other)#arcane power source|arcane]] energy that deals 5 + your [[4e Index (4e Other)#Ability scores|Charisma]] [[4e Index (4e Other)#Ability modifiers|modifer]] or [[4e Index (4e Other)#Ability scores|Constitution]] [[4e Index (4e Other)#Ability modifiers|modifer]] [[4e Index (4e Other)#Fire|fire]] damage to all your enemies within 10 squares.


Bebilith's Venom Demonbinder 4e Power Type::Attack 11
The vile toxins of the bebilith run through your foe's veins.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Poison, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma or Consitution Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3d8 + Charisma or Consitution modifier poison damage. If you are under the effects of demonbinding a bebilith, you also deal ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).

Yochlol's Allure Demonbinder 4e Power Type::Utility 12
You manifest one of the Yochlol's Alluring forms.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Interrupt Personal
Trigger: You are hit by an attack
Effect: The attacking creature's attack ends (its power is not used or expended), and it is dazed until the start of your next turn.

Marilith's Strike Demonbinder 4e Power Type::Attack 20
You manifest the many armed form of the marilith and strike.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Melee touch
Requirement: You must be under the effects of demonbinding a marilith to use this power.
Target: One, two, three, four, five or six creatures
Attack: Charisma or Consitution Vs. Reflex, six attacks.
Hit: 1d6 + charisma or Consitution modifier damage.
