This plane has random gates appearing all over the Material Plane. Those who step through find it is a blue 30 ft. cube. What they don't know is a portal opens up to every plane in existence when you wish one to! Of course, when they wish to get out, they discover the plane's secret only to never go back again. There's a time limit, too. You get forced out to the previous plane in one hour after entry if you don't go to another plane first.

It is possible to come at will by constructing a giant arch made of quartz embedded with 2 deep crystals. Then store a dimension door spell in each crystal and cast permanency and set a code word or movement to be used to go through. The one hour rule still applies.
