Mainly used as special messenger in times of emergency, otherwise they are just like any other commoner

Physical Description

averagely standing at 5'4 for males and 4'6 as female, weighing averagely 97 lbs for both genders, Skin ranges from light blue to deep purple, there is the rare occasion where their skin is pure white, ALL delivered have Amethyst purple eyes,

Relations

Elves get along with the delivered more than any race, because of their inherited magic, all other races seem mediocre to the delivered

Alignment

Most Delivered stand at the Neutral Good point of alignment, some however have been known to fall and use their abilities to steal and become notorious thieves

Lands

Delivered are most comfortable in areas which main population is elven

Religion

No official named deity exist with the Delivered, they each warship their own god/goddess

Language

The Delivered start with the languages of Common, Elven, and Delven

Names

All delivered share the name of "Deln" until they reach the age of adult at 20, then they choose their name to any they wish

Racial Traits

• +2 Charisma, -2 Constitution: Due to their magical seeming skin, the Delivered are seen as a thing of beauty, where as they have a -2 Constitution because they are a frailer race from their ability to "Jump"
• Humanoid:
• Medium: No bonuses
• Delivered Base land speed is 30 feet: Area's rich in magical energy give the Delivered a +10 movement speed so long as they remain in said area
• "Jump": Can jump to any known area (Been to or seen) twice a day, or 1 "Jump" which also "Jumps the rest of current party within 10 feet
• Displace: "Jumps an opponent within line of sight to any location 1 time per day
• Automatic Languages: Common, Elvish, and Delven. Bonus Languages: Draconic, Goblish, Sylvan, Abyssal.
• Favored Class: like Wizard .
• Level Adjustment: +0
