Debilitator (3.5e Sacrifice)
You emit a beam of energy which grabs onto your opponents gate, draining them of their powers. You gain the ability to use Ray of Exhaustion at will. In addition, if you are suffering from exhaustion or fatigue and you successfully strike your opponent, your condition improves by one step, so that you are no longer exhausted or fatigued.
