Deafening Roar	Dragoon variant 4e Power Type::Attack 9
With a great bellowing roar you drive fear into the hearts of foes and bolster your friends.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Psychic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 3
Target: Each enemy in burst that can hear you
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 2d8 + Charisma modifier psychic damage, and each target is deafened and stunned (save ends both, must roll individually)
Effect: Each ally within 3 squares gets a +1 power bonus to their AC until the end of you next turn.
