You dart round your foe and strike.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arachane, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Special: When you charge, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + 2[B] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Darting Charge: You gain a bonus to the attack roll equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1).
