Ex-Dark Flame Disciples

They only way one would be excommunicated from the Dark Flame Disciples would be to either Change the Deity you worship or go against Fairendahlk's direct order. In either case the guilty would loose all class benefits and take 1d12 fire necrotic damage/level of Dark Flame Disciple. If one survives this they may seek to return to the Dark Flame Disciples once they have taken an Atonement spell and taken another quest for Fairendalk

Playing a Dark Flame Disciple

Combat: Dark Flame Disciples have the potential to hit very hard, but their somewhat low hp and (in the case of arcane casters) less likely to wear armor. They should stay at medium-range ring spells then getting up close only when they believe they can kill in one hit.

Dark Flame Disciples in the World

Dark Flame disciples can be most anywhere there are spell casters; some are zealots of the churches or Fairendahlk, while others roam around saving towns as adventures (or taking over them).

NPC Reactions: Npcs treat them as they would any other person. Dark Flame Disciples vary by the person; they can be anywhere from lawful good to chaotic evil. Though any NPC who dislikes dragons may be uncomfortable around them.
