You preform a quick maneuver that surrounds you with flames burning your enemies now and for a turn.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Fire, Conjuration, Weapon, Zone
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 1
Target: Each creature within burst
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Dexterity modifier fire damage.
Effect: The power leaves small flames burning on each target doing ongoing fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
