Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Dexterity modifier damage. Level 21: 2d6 + Dexterity modifier damage.
Head Form: Hit: You deal an extra 2 poison damage and gain 2 temporary hit points. Level 21: Extra 5 poison damage and gain 5 temporary hit points.
