Crescent Blade	Ninja 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Your blade moves like a crescent wave as you attack your enemy, making it difficult for him to see you.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Psionic, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Requirement: You must be wielding a light blade.
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Will
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier damage, and you gain concealment against the target until the end of your next turn.
Way of the Rat: You gain a bonus to the damage roll equal to your Wisdom modifier.
