Corrupting Strike	Warlock 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You jab your blade into the target's flesh, turning it black with corruption.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Weapon, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] damage. Until the end of your next turn, the target takes necrotic damage equal to your Charisma modifier each time it makes an attack roll. Level 21: 2[W] damage.
Special: If you are wielding a blade of chaos you can use this power as a melee basic attack.
