You use your wyvern's power to pass a condition from an ally to an enemy.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Burst Close 3
Target: One ally with a condition in burst and one enemy in burst.
Effect: You take the ally's condition (Not dead or dying) and apply it to the enemy.
