Combat Medic

Armed with advanced medical knowledge and deadly weaponry, the combat medic is both a capable physician and a fierce warrior. Combat medics can quickly heal their fallen comrades in the heat of battle, then rush in to the fray with their weapons drawn. Outside of battle, combat medics can easily treat disease, nurse their allies back to full health with haste, and have heads full of esoteric medical knowledge.
Since the path to become a combat medic is filled with intense study and learning, the class is easiest to attain for bards, wizards, and astute rogues. However, any class can become a combat medic given enough time and dedication to the practice of medicine.
Role: Combat medics are adept at both combat and skillful healing. Combat medics are often eager to apply their skills, whether it's for the sake of simple goodwill or profiteering. Because of their skill in combat, combat medics have no qualms with rushing into battle to aid their comrades-in-need.
Alignment: Combat medics can be of any alignment. However, most combat medics are either good or neutral, as the path of the combat medic naturally attracts those who are more inclined to help others.
Hit Die: d8.

gollark: No, it probably isn't your fault, it must have been dropped from my brain stack while I was writing the rest.
gollark: ... I forgot one of them, hold on while I try and reremember it.
gollark: That's probably one of them. I'm writing.
gollark: > If you oppose compromises to privacy on the grounds that you could do something that is misidentified as a crime, being more transparent does helpI mean, sure. But I worry about lacking privacy for reasons other than "maybe the government will use partial data or something and accidentally think I'm doing crimes".
gollark: Also, you can probably just treat privacy as a "terminal goal" like all the other weird drives us foolish humans have, but I think there are good reasons for it based on other stuff.
