College of Rejuvenation (5e Subclass)

Bards of the College of Rejuvenation are purveyors of cautionary tales, believing that a lesson learned is a mistake avoided. These bards often associate with those that have fallen from glory, in an effort to keep the fires of passion burning in the hearts of adventurers everywhere. They travel to distant lands, seeking knowledge of the downfall of heroes and their greatest accomplishments. With their songs, they warn of dangers unknown, so that others may outlive the heroes of old - becoming the greatest of us all.

Bonus Proficiencies

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Medicine, History, and Investigation.

You also gain proficiency with shields and one martial weapon of your choice.

Bardic Invigoration

When you join the College of Rejuvenation at 3rd level, you learn how to use your charm to embolden, inspire, and otherwise inflate the confidence and competence of others.

When your Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, that creature regains hit points equal to the result of the roll.

If you are within 60 feet of that creature, you regain hit points equal to half of the result of the roll(round down, minimum 1).

Give and Take

Also at 3rd level, your allies wounds are mended merely by fighting at your side.

Once per turn, a creature of your choice within 30 feet of you regains a number of hit points equal to your proficiency bonus when you deal damage to a creature.

Additionally, when you cast a bard cantrip, you add your proficiency bonus to the damage it deals.

Battlesinging

At 6th level, your Bardic Inspiration has become more consistent, instilling confidence in your allies at a moment's notice.

When creature that can hear you within 60 feet rolls a d20, you can use your reaction and expend one use of Bardic Inspiration to grant that creature one Bardic Inspiration die.

Additionally, when you use your action to cast a cantrip, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.

Melody of Inspiration

At 14th level, you can inspire your allies in droves by playing a tribute to heroes long past, compelling your allies to make better decisions.

You can use your action and expend one use of Bardic Inspiration to grant a Bardic Inspiration die to up to 6 creatures you can see within 120 feet.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.

gollark: Well, it does. Because you have to put effort into that nonsense in the first place and it may break later.
gollark: Yes. You can in theory work around the nonsense it does, but all you can do is work around it.
gollark: The whole thing, though, is that it's an OS *you pay for* (well, the manufacturer of the computer, the cost is passed on) isn't controlled by you and is actively doing things you don't want it to.
gollark: Yes, I should use random workarounds for the OS because it's literally working against me. Great.
