4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 4[W] + Wisdom modifier and creates a aura around the target that moves with the target and slows all enemies within it until the end of the encounter.
Miss: Half damage.
