Coercive Spell [Metamagic]
Living foes damaged by your spells become more pliable and vulnerable to your commands.
Prerequisite: 11th level, Wis 15, Wizard
Benefit: Before using an arcane attack power, you can choose to take a -2 penalty to each die of damage rolled. Targets hit by the power suffer a -1 penalty to Will until the end of your next turn.
