Cobra's Spit (5e Spell)

For the duration of this spell, you gain the ability to spit venom up to 30 feet as an action. When you spit venom, choose one creature within range and make a ranged spell attack against it. On a hit, the target takes 4d8 poison damage and is poisoned until the end of its next turn.

Components:	S, M (a poisonous snake’s fang)
Duration:	Concentration, up to 1 minute

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
