Your feet move to the clicking speed of clockwork gears as magic flows through you, luring your foes to strike on the tempo, only for it to suddenly change as they prepare their assault.

4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Personal
Requirement: Pneumatic Greaves apparatus
Effect: Gain a +2 to all defenses against Opportunity Attacks until the beginning of your next turn. One time until the beginning of your next turn, if you provoke an opportunity attack and are not hit, you may make a melee basic attack against your attacker.
