Cleric (Plushie Substitution Level)

Plushie Cleric Substitution Levels

Note: Only Eijilund Plushies are eligible for these. Plushie Clerics generally serve their God-King Lord Eiji. They usually preach to their own kind, and have a militant bent to things which their church hates, like undead, or clowns.

Spellcasting: Normal cleric spell progression applies to all cleric substitution levels.

Spontaneous Repair/Destruct: A cleric plushie at 1st level cannot spontaneously replace their spells with cure or inflict spells. Instead, they may replace them with the Repair series of spells found in the Spell Compendium. This helps them and any other constructs in the party by having them gain the full healing benefits. Evil cleric plushie's spontaneously cast Destruct spells, the Inflict equal to Repair.

Divine Go Boom (Su): At 7th level a plushie may expend a use of a turn attempt to empower his Go Boom ability with divine might. The Go Boom damage deals 1/2 fire and 1/2 divine damage. If the plushie has the Plushie Domain class ability, he instead deals all divine damage, and deals double damage vs undead.

Mastery of Fire (Su): The cleric plushie can alter an divine spell when cast so that it utilizes fire instead of the element from the one it normally uses. This ability can only alter a spell with the acid, cold, electricity, sonic, or force descriptor. The spell’s casting time and spell level are unaffected. The caster decides whether to alter the spell’s energy type to fire when he begins casting. Force effects turned into fire lose their ability to strike at incorporeal creatures. This ability costs one 7th-level spell slot.
