4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 1 within 10 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier fire damage. If the target does not begin its next turn by moving at least 2 squares, it takes fire damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
