You enchant your ally, protecting him from harm
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Burst 10
Target: 1 ally within burst
Effect: The target gains temporary hit points equal to your Intelligence modifier +1/2 level., may make a saving throw, and gains a +2 power bonus to all defenses until the end of your next turn or until the target takes damage. If the effect is removed in this way, the attacker takes Intelligence modifier damage.
