Chant of Renewal [Troglodyte]

You are able to heal those around you with a brief chant.

Prerequisite: Troglodyte, Trained in Arcana or Religion

Benefit: You can swap one 2nd-level or higher Utility power you know for the Chant of Renewal power.

Chant of Renewal	Troglodyte Racial Power
You murmer a soft chant, and your allies begin to heal.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Healing, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 5
Target: All allies in Burst.
Effect: All allies in Burst regain hit points equal to their Healing Surge value without having to spend one.
