3e Summary::You channel your inborn power to spawn a pair of spectral, magical wings that glow with Celestial power creates light as light spell of a caster of equal lev.

Prerequisite: Celestial Bloodline, Spontaneous Caster.

Benefit: At will you gain the ability to fly. You fly at a speed equal to twice your base land speed with good maneuverability.
