A group of winged imps appear around your enemy, lifting them up into the sky, and then allowing them to plummet back down to the earth.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Necrotic, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 5
Target: One creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier necrotic damage, and you slide the target 5 squares. During the forced movement, the target is considered to be in flight.
