Cannibal (Fallout Supplement)

CANNIBAL

With the Cannibal feat you gain the option to eat a corpse to regain Health. Cannibalism is considered a crime against nature in most major Wasteland societies. If witnessed there will most likely be repercussions.
Prerequisite: Constitution 14, Wisdom 12 or less.
Benefit: Consuming the flesh of a corpse will restore hit points equal to twice your level, it takes five minutes to consume enough flesh to gain this benifit.
Special: Each corpse can only be fed from once. If someone witnesses you cannibalizing a corpse their attitude towards the character becomes unfriendly (See Diplomacy for effects). This infamy could spread to nearby communities if you are to open about your "special diet" so dine discreetly.
