[[3e Summary::When using a full round action to run in combat, you gain a 2.5ft bonus to movement speed for each point of dex modifier that you have to a minimum of 5ft. While outside of combat you get a 5ft bonus to movement speed for each point of dex bonus you have and you can run for an extra 30 seconds for each point of constitution modifier you have.]]
