The heat of battle is chaotic, but you calm your mind and prepare to destroy your opponents.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Melee weapon
Requirement: You must be calling the spirit of water.
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 4[W] + Dexterity modifier damage, and your damage roll gains a +4 power bonus and can use your power of the elements damage.
Miss: Half damage and your next damage roll gains a +2 power bonus.
