4d6 + Intelligence modifier fire damage, and ongoing 10 fire damage (save ends). If the target saves, it takes ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends).
Miss:
Half damage, and ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends).
Special:
The Mystic Orbs used for this power are destroyed.
