4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged weapon
Requirement: Must be wielding a light thrown weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity Modifier, the target is deafened (save ends)
Miss: Half damage
This increases to 3[W] + Dexterity Modifier at level 21
