The form of a yuki-onna (female spirit of ice) suddenly appears in front of you and breathes a cold, miserable stillness into your enemies hearts.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Cold
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close blast 4
Target: Each creature in blast
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Charisma modifier cold damage, and the target must make an acrobatics check of at least 10 + your half level + your Charisma modifier at the beginning of its next turn or else it falls prone.
