BREAK THE RULES

With this feat the next time you get feats you may choose from all the feats regardless of race.
Prerequisite: Level 10, Bend the Rules
Benefit: With this feat, the next time you get a feat, you may choose from any feat even if it is not usually available to your race, also bypassing any other prerequisites(e.g. Ability Scores, Skill Ranks, Prerequisite Feat).
Special: A feat that doesn't specify how many times it can be taken or a feat that says it can only be taken once, may be taken again if taken using this feat. Break The Rules may also be taken multiple times.

gollark: A lot of the time they even have properties you can plot on graphs, which is really fun.
gollark: Some of them have the same properties as each other, so you can compare them.
gollark: Things can be bad or good independent of whether worse or better things exist.
gollark: My view: You're both wrong. It's perfectly valid and possible to compare developed countries to developing ones in a lot of ways, but it doesn't particularly matter.
