When you use your downtime to recuperate (Players Handbook, p. 188), you have advantage on the Constitution saving throw. In addition to the recuperation options presented in the PHB, you can also choose one of the following:

Remove all curses affecting you, including your attunement to the associated cursed items.
End long-term blinded, charmed, deafened, paralyzed, petrified or poisoned conditions affecting you.
End all reductions to your ability scores.
