Boon of Cobra Kai

You know how to strike like a cobra. When a creature within 30 feet of you has a number of hit points equal to your character level or lower, you can use your reaction to move towards it and take the Attack action. You can only make unarmed strikes with your attack action. Once you do so, you can't use this boon again until you finish a short rest.
