Book of Skill (3.5e Equipment)

These well written books are usually 10-12 pages long. Reading this book grants a +2 circumstance bonus to the skill about which the book is written for a 24 hour period. The next 24 hour period after it is read the bonus lowers to +1; after the second 24 hour period the bonus disappears. The bonus may be regained by rereading the book and the book may be used as often as desired (though the bonus does not stack). It takes approximately five minutes to read a book.
