Blurred Vision [Honing]

3e Summary::Your speedster can trick the eyes of foes, causing them to miss while attacking.

Prerequisite: Use of the Super or Sinister supplemental mechanic, BAB +5, Road Runner

Benefit: Your superhero speedster can vibrate within a 10 foot space at a speed that leaves a blurry image trail for a foe to see. The foe or foes have a 50% miss chance when attacking you while blurred. This action replaces a movement action during your round, and remains active until the start of your next turn.

Normal: A character would normally not be able to move at such a speed or remain in movement offturn.
