You provoke the enemy by slamming it with the blunt edge of your weapon.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier damage and the target is marked by you until the start of your next turn. If the target was already marked by you, you gain a bonus to the damage roll equal to your Constitution Modifier instead. 21st Level: 2[W] + Strength modifier damage.
