Spew lightning from your mouth
You spew lightning from your mouth, each creature with a 15-foot cone must make a dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
If this is cast into water the cone doubles in size, if used against a creature drenched by water they take an additional d6 of damage.
