You give up part of your own life force to seriously injure your Oath.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine, Weapon, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: Oath of Enmity Target
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Wisdom mod necrotic damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: You can take 10 necrotic damage to increase this attacks damage by 2[W]. (The damage you optionally take through this powers effect cannot be reduced in any way.)
