You draw the Blood Hunter Card from your deck and surround yourself with deadly swirling blades

4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Personal
Effect: Until the end of this encounter, you deal an extra 1[W] damage with your at-will and encounter Pierrot powers. If an enemy starts its turn adjacent to you, you can use an at-will Pierrot power against it as a free action at the start of its turn, as long as you are able to make opportunity attacks.
