Block-Chop	Fist Master 4e Power Type::Attack 13
When your enemy lowers his sword at your head, you slide inside his defenses, block his arm, and throw a hand chop at his neck.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Interrupt	Melee weapon
Trigger: One creature within range attacks you.
Target: The triggering creature.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage. You take no damage from the attack.
Miss: You inflict half damage, and you take half damage from the triggering attack.
