You draw the Blitz Card from your deck and rain lightning down on your foes
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Implement, Lightning
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area Burst 1 within 5
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier lightning damage, and the target is blinded and slowed (save ends both).
Miss: Half damage and the target is dazed until the end of your next turn
