Blinding Silence	Ghost Warrior 4e Power Type::Attack 9
Your knife carries with it shadows that blind your target and cause them to bleed out
4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Ranged, Silent School
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged weapon
Requirement: Must be wielding a light thrown weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2[W]+Dexterity Modifier, and takes ongoing damage equal to 5 + your Wisdom modifier damage. The target is also blinded (save ends both)
Miss: no ongoing damage, but target is still blinded(save ends)
