Blight and Decay	Demonologist 4e Power Type::Attack 3
The earth around you becomes blighted. Plants decay, wood softens and rots, and a black powder seems to cover everything.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Necrotic, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area 5x5 zone within 10 squares
Target: Each enemy in the burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: Intelligence modifier damage.
Effect: All enemies take a -1 penalty to all defenses while within the zone, and treat the zone as difficult terrain. The zone lasts until the end of your next turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: The zone persists until the end of your next turn.
