Originally created to clear the underground of the Coppercap Mountains, people have found other uses for them.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Tool, Force, Explosive
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 1 within 10
Target: All creatures in burst.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d6 + Dexterity modifier force damage.The target is pushed a number of squares equal to your Constitution modifier.
21st Level: 2d6 + Dexterity modifier damage force damage.
