As calm as a pool of still water, you prepare to strike out against your enemy.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Weapon, Stance, Martial
4e Power Action Type::Minor Action Melee weapon
Requirement: You must be calling the spirit of water.
Target: One creature.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage and 10 ongoing cold damage (save ends).
Effect: You enter the stance "Blade of Still Water" select a creature; when this creature is adjacent to you at the end of your turn and its turn, you can make a melee basic attack against it as a free action, once per round. You can designate a new target as a minor action.
