Blackfire Touch [Shadar-Kai]
You can cause fire and necrotic damage with your touch.
Prerequisite: Shadar-Kai, Int or Wis 15
Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher At-Will attack power you know for the Blackfire Touch attack power.
