Beauty of the Elves [Eladrin or Elf]

You are wondrous and fair to look upon.

Prerequisite: Cha 15, Eladrin or Elf

Benefit: You gain the use of the Elven Beauty power.

Elven Beauty	Feat Power
Your beauty is almost enchanting. Even wild beasts can't escape it's charm.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Charm
4e Power Action Type::Minor Action	Ranged 5
Attack: Charisma +2 (Increases to +4 at 11th level and +6 at 21st level) Vs. Will
Hit: The target grants Combat Advantage to you and all allies until the end of your next turn. You also gain +2 to all relevant Diplomacy checks until the end of the encounter.
