gollark: You could, theoretically, have selfhostable Discord instances with federation.
gollark: Also because it would cost money.
gollark: I don't really want to get Nitro in any case, because I do not particularly want to support the business model of "giant company managing entire custom platform and not having some sort of open-source/decentralized thing going".
