The caster can choose up to three targets within range and cause them to make a Strength saving throw against the casters spell save DC. On a success, nothing happens. On a failure, the target's movement speed is reduced to 0 and they are knocked prone. They may repeat this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect early on a success.
