You summon a great Bakeneko (shape shifting cat), which at first looks like a harmless kitten but then transforms into a gigantic lion, whose roar stops an enemy in its tracks.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Fear
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Target: One creature.
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier psychic damage, and the target must start its next turn by moving its full speed away from you if it can.
